By accessing or using AdWeave (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdWeave is an AI-powered advertising analytics platform that allows you to connect your Meta Ads and TikTok Ads accounts, retrieve performance data, and generate AI-assisted reports and insights. The Service is provided by AdWeave and is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use AdWeave. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Not share your account credentials with others.
  • Be solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

AdWeave allows you to connect third-party advertising accounts (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to the Service. By connecting these accounts, you:

  • Authorize AdWeave to access your advertising data on a read-only basis via the respective platform's API.
  • Confirm that you have the right and authority to grant this access.
  • Acknowledge that your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service and policies.
  • Understand that you can revoke this access at any time from your AdWeave dashboard or directly in your Meta or TikTok account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your advertising data), is owned by AdWeave and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all advertising data you bring to the Service. You grant AdWeave a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AdWeave does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADWEAVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ADWEAVE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADWEAVE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
