1. Overview

AdWeave (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides an AI-powered advertising analytics platform that connects to Meta Ads and TikTok Ads on your behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (managed securely via Supabase Auth).

Advertising Data

When you connect a Meta or TikTok Ads account, we request read-only access to your advertising data — including campaigns, ad sets, ads, and performance metrics. We store an access token in our database solely to fetch this data on your behalf.

Usage Data

We may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, timestamps, pages visited) to operate and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • To retrieve your advertising data from Meta and TikTok on your behalf and display it to you.
  • To generate AI-powered analysis and reports of your campaign performance.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the AdWeave platform.

We do not sell your data to third parties, use your ad data to train AI models, or share your information with advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services

AdWeave integrates with the following third-party services to operate:

  • Meta Ads API — to read your Facebook/Instagram advertising data. Your use is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • TikTok Marketing API — to read your TikTok Ads data. Your use is subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — for authentication and database storage. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — to generate AI analysis of your ad data. Query data sent to Claude is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your access tokens and report data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your tokens and advertising data are permanently removed from our systems.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of access tokens, HTTPS for all data in transit, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Disconnect your Meta or TikTok account at any time from the Dashboard.
  • Revoke AdWeave's access to your Meta data directly in your Facebook security settings.
  • Revoke AdWeave's access to your TikTok data directly in your TikTok app settings.

8. Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of all personal data AdWeave holds about you, including your account credentials, advertising access tokens, and any stored report data.

How to delete your data

Send an email to privacy@adweave.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation when complete.

Deleting Facebook-connected data

If you connected AdWeave to your Facebook account, you can also revoke access and request deletion of Facebook-sourced data directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Apps & Websites settings.
  2. Find AdWeave in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove to revoke AdWeave's access to your Facebook data.
  4. To also remove data AdWeave has already stored, email us at privacy@adweave.ai after revoking access.

What gets deleted

  • Your email address and account credentials.
  • Your Meta and TikTok access tokens stored in our database.
  • Any advertising campaign data or reports we have cached on your behalf.
  • All other personal identifiers associated with your account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of AdWeave after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
